We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note the following exceptions:
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened Kreativ Tonies (for hygienic reasons)
- Audiobooks/Dramas (Hörbuch Hörspiel) with damaged packaging
Return Conditions:
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging materials and labels
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
Step-by-Step Return Process:

– Content: Include item name, item number (if known), reason for return, and confirmation that the item is in original condition with complete packaging
– Your full name, address, and phone number - Receive Return Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
– Return label (for defective items)
– Return address
– Further instructions - Ship Your Package
Carefully pack items in original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
Include a printout of your order confirmation or return request - Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
– Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
– Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
Refund Timing:
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The credit may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- We cover return shipping costs

Note: We are an online-only shop, so all returns must be shipped to our warehouse address.
